Return & Exchange Policy

We at RAMPAGE always strive to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either exchange it or offer you an online store credit subject to the terms below.

Please note we do not offer cash refunds. This Policy applies to purchases bought from RAMPAGE. We may request proof of purchase should the need arise.

  1. Returns/exchanges: Due to all our items being exclusively handpicked your purchase will need to be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Please fill out the return/exchange form provided below.
  3. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in original, unused, unworn condition with the swing tag still attached including all accessories provided with the respective garments.
  4. There should be no damage (jewellery snags etc), no stains of any kind (make up, deodorant marks etc), no pet hair, no smells (cigarette smoke, perfumes, etc), or any signs that the item has been worn or used, or altered in any way.
  5. An exchange or online store credit will only be issued once we have inspected the garment.
  6. Please note we do not offer cash refunds. Store credit is redeemable for three years.
  7. Returns on any items are for the customer expense. Please return to the following address: RAMPAGE Shop 18 Piazza St John, 395 Main Road, Sea Point 8005.
  8. Defects; All our garments are personally quality checked before packing & sending.
  9. You will find a check list in your parcel showing all the necessary steps have been taken.
  10. In the unlikely event of receiving a defective/incorrect garment please notify us via Whatsapp or email within 24hrs of your parcel delivery. 
  11. Once our team have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product (if such repair / replacement is possible) or issue you with store credit. (or under specific circumstances refund you if that is your preference).

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return and or refund; 

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • damage arising from alterations to the product;
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you. Or one has a change of heart
  • prints on garments vary therefore no two items are exactly alike

12. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased through gift cards.

13. Please provide suitable packaging for returning the product to us, as well as all accessories that were sold with the item. All items regardless of whether defective or not require all accessories returned in order to process your return & exchange eligibility. A courier can reserves the right to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.

14. If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse RAMPAGE for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you

15. Cooling off period: You may cancel your order due to change of heart only before dispatch has occurred. Once your parcel has been dispatched the normal return & exchange policy applies.
